This is Nancy. She was born on the 21st January 2020 and for the past 12 months I’ve been documenting her growth by taking a photo of her in the same 6-12 month onesie on the same date each month.

So here goes…

27th JANUARY 2020 – Due Date

What a difference 4 weeks can make! You were a mega strong girl and had your tongue tie snipped! You didn’t even bat an eyelid!

By Three Months your luscious locks started to thin… I bought headbands much to daddy’s dismay!

At Four Months you had spent half your little life in lockdown!

At Five Months you mastered how to roll over and you belly laughed at your brother.

Weaning begin in July. I forgot how hard it was!

Your bottom two teeth cut through at seven months you sat up unaided.

At eight months Lockdown slightly eased and we started Baby Sensory! It was so nice to get to do with this with.You now have 4 teeth.

I went back to work part time when you were Nine Months (sad face).

You started nursery at ten months and started shuffling around!

Your first Christmas was in lockdown. W still managed to have a socially distanced meeting with Santa.

I was hoping you would master walking but nope still shuffling at eleven months…

21st JANUARY 2021- Twelve Months

Happy Lockdown Birthday Baby Girl.

I’m so emotional that’s it’s over! It’s been an amazing way to document her growth! She’s still got some room left surprisingly so I could carry on… Should I???
