… and just like that the BIG BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND is over! It sure was a gooden’ though wasn’t it!?! In true British Bank Holiday style the sun shone, the sky was blue and there was a whiff of burnt sausages in the air. Delightful. Sebastian turned THREE! Yes THREE! Making my motherhood journey 1096 days long!
Last year he had Shrektacular birthday party. This year it was Dino-roarsome! Again we were hosting the party at home and with my Pinterest board fully pinned I decided on a blue, green and orange colour scheme with just a hint of Jurassic Park.
On the morning of the party I blew up what seemed like a million balloons from EBAY. I opted for blue, green, orange & clear latex balloon with confetti inside, along with some large foil dinosaur balloons! Cake wise it was a bit of a DIY job…plastic dinosaurs from TK Maxx + Icing + a trip to good old Sainsburys!
I wasn’t as snap happy as previous years (too busy enjoying myself in the sunshine) but here’s some snapshots of the day! I even dusted off the old Instax! AND YES I did wear a dinosaur onesie on one of the hottest days of the year so far! LOLS.
